In this special “Live on Twitch” version of the podcast, we got to speak with Avengers, and The Last of Us 2 Senior Animation Artist, Aaron Schultz. I met Aaron through the power of Twitch as another fellow Animator who was streaming his process live. So because of this, we felt it was a cool idea to do a LIVE podcast on Twitch and hold a Q&A session with the audience.
We talk about his time on the critically acclaimed Naughty Dog title: “The Last of Us 2”. He tells us what lessons he learned coming from working in mainly films to animating on his first video game title. The ups and downs of over time and how the fundamentals of animation will get you a long way in this Industry.
